The center is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity among trainers, staff, and trainees by applying strict standards and controls throughout all phases of training. The center is responsible for creating a training environment with high levels of integrity, which contributes to the trainee's personal and intellectual growth.
1. Forms of academic integrity violation
Cheating: transferring others' work or using unauthorised materials during exams or assignments.
Plagiarism: presenting others' work as one's own without citing the original source.
Misuse of collaboration: improperly relying on peers for individual assignments.
Fabrication and forgery: inventing or altering information in exams and assignments, or submitting forged documents.
Receiving unauthorised assistance: getting help during an exam or bringing in disallowed external materials.
Obtaining transmitted information: improperly using information passed on about exams or content.

2. Disciplinary actions
Temporary suspension of the account and denial of platform access.

Suspension of the account and revocation of all achievements and certificates earned through it.
In each case a detailed incident report is prepared with evidence attached, while maintaining confidentiality and notifying the trainee before the disciplinary action is applied.
3. Technical monitoring mechanisms
The center uses specialised systems to track trainee activity, including monitoring sign-ins, verifying geographic location via Google Maps, logging internet connection data, and proctoring exams with password protection.
4. Exam procedures
Trainees are admitted starting thirty minutes before the exam, and leaving is not permitted before half of the exam time has passed.
Mobile and electronic devices are surrendered upon entering the exam, and possessing a phone is considered an attempt to cheat.
5. Absence policy
The maximum allowed absence is 25% of the program's hours. A trainee is barred from the final exam if this limit is exceeded.
Absence from the final exam without an acceptable excuse results in failing the program.
