Beneficiary Identity Verification Policy

This policy aims to ensure accurate verification of the identity of beneficiaries (trainees) when accessing the electronic systems and platforms, safeguarding data and preventing identity impersonation or unauthorized access.

Trainees and beneficiaries of the center's services.

The electronic systems and platforms belonging to the center.

The national ID number or residency (iqama) number is used as the username.

The registered mobile number is set as a temporary password when the account is created.

The trainee is required to change the password upon first login to the platform.

The new password must be confidential and specific to the user, and may not be shared with any other party.

Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and not disclosing them.

Changing the password immediately upon first login and creating a strong password.

Not using anyone else's account.

Notifying the center's administration immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized use of the account.

Passwords cannot be viewed by any employee.

User data is protected within secure systems.

Access to trainee data is restricted to authorized parties only.

Login activity is monitored to detect any abnormal behavior.

All beneficiary data is considered confidential information.

Circulating or sharing personal data outside the official scope of work is prohibited.

All information is handled in accordance with the approved information security policies.

Appropriate administrative measures are taken.

This may include suspending the account temporarily or permanently.

In serious cases, the necessary legal measures are taken.

This policy is approved by the administration of the Creativity Skills Training Center and is binding on all beneficiaries and trainees.
