Question 1

How do I enrol in a course?

Accepted Answer

Open the course page, choose an upcoming session, and click "Enroll & pay". Create your account with an email and password (or sign in if you already have one), then complete the payment to confirm your seat.

Question 2

What does the "awaiting payment" status mean after I register?

Accepted Answer

When you enrol in a paid program a seat is held for you with an "awaiting payment" status — reserved but not yet confirmed. Your enrolment is confirmed once payment is completed. Free programs are confirmed immediately, with no payment required.

Question 3

What happens if registration closes before I complete payment?

Accepted Answer

If the registration period ends before payment is completed, the request is cancelled and converted into a request to hold the program again. Remember that the final registration date is different from the program's start date.

Question 4

Do I need a Saudi national ID to register?

Accepted Answer

Registration is open to citizens with a national ID and to residents with an iqama (a 10-digit number). That number is used to prevent duplicate records and to verify identity when certificates are issued — signing in to the portal is done with your email and password.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Three payment methods are available: credit cards, Mada cards, and bank transfer to the center's account. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.

Question 6

Is the price fixed from registration until payment?

Accepted Answer

The program's price is its price at the time of payment, not at the time of registration; if the price changes before you pay, the price in effect at payment applies. The center also offers eight types of discounts (early registration, occasions, groups, category support, partnerships, special offers, and permanent membership).

Question 7

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You may request a refund of the amount paid if the request is submitted at least 5 business days before the program begins, and the full amount is refunded if the program is not held. No refund is due if the trainee is absent from the program.

Question 8

Can I transfer my seat to another program or trainee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The amount paid can be transferred to another program or another trainee if you request it at least 3 business days before the program begins.

Question 9

What is the minimum attendance to sit the final exam?

Accepted Answer

Electronic attendance must be no less than 75% of the course's total hours, and a trainee is barred from the final exam if absence exceeds 25% of the program's hours. Electronic attendance is treated the same as attendance in a traditional classroom.

Question 10

How does an employer verify my certificate?

Accepted Answer

Every certificate carries a unique verification code. An employer or HR team can visit our verification page and enter the code to confirm the certificate is genuine.

Question 11

Where do I find my certificates once issued?

Accepted Answer

Your certificates appear in the trainee portal under "My certificates", where you can view or print them.

Question 12

How is my attendance counted in online sessions?

Accepted Answer

Electronic attendance is treated the same as attendance in a traditional training room and is tracked automatically on the platform. Your electronic attendance must be no less than 75% of the course's total hours.

Question 13

What is blended (hybrid) training?

Accepted Answer

A program is delivered in a blended format covering no more than 25% of its total hours. For blended programs lasting more than a month, synchronous attendance of at least 25% of the hours is required.

Question 14

What devices are allowed during an exam?

Accepted Answer

Mobile and electronic devices are surrendered when you enter the exam, and possessing a phone is considered an attempt to cheat. See the "Academic integrity" page for the full details.

Question 15

How do I access the trainee portal?

Accepted Answer

Visit the sign-in page and enter the email and password you created when registering. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password?" link and we'll email you a reset link.

Question 16

Is the platform available in English?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The entire platform — public site, trainee portal, and certificates — is available in Arabic and English. Use the language toggle in the top navigation to switch at any time.

Question 17

How do I update my personal information?

Accepted Answer

Your details are shown in "My profile" in the portal for you to review. To change your national ID or mobile number, please contact the center administration.

Question 18

How do I become a trainer or affiliate marketer with CSTC?
