Platform Guide

This guide explains how to sign in to the Creativity Skills Training Center platform and use it, whether you are a trainee or a trainer. Follow the section for your role.

Open the sign-in page from the “Platform login” button at the top of the site, or directly at /login.

Enter the email registered with the center and your password, then click “Sign in”.

On your first sign-in the system asks you to change your password for security; choose a new password and confirm it.

After signing in you are taken automatically to the right portal for your role (trainee, trainer, or admin).

Trainee portal

The trainee dashboard shows the courses you are enrolled in and their upcoming dates.

Open any course to view the training content, organized as: module → topic → item (video, document, text, quiz).

Live room (Zoom): when a live session is held, a “Live room (Zoom)” button appears to join the broadcast directly from the course page.

Attendance: your attendance is recorded for each session, and you can track your attendance rate.

Exams & evaluation: take the available exams and submit the course evaluation at the end.

Certificate: after completing the course and meeting the passing requirements, your certificate is available to download and verify via its verification code.

Trainer portal

The “My sessions” page shows the sessions assigned to you with their dates, times, and location or mode (in-person/remote).

Live room (Zoom): a “Live room (Zoom)” button appears on each session card that has a broadcast link; the center sets this link on the session or the course.

Session management: from the session page you reach attendance, content, grades, assignments, exams, activities, and discussions.

Reports: attendance and exam reports are available for each session.
