Affiliate Program Agreement — Creativity Skills Training Center

This agreement sets the terms of your participation in the affiliate program of Creativity Skills Training Center ("the Center"). By accepting, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms. 1. Commission: You earn 10% of the fees paid for every course a trainee enrols in through your dedicated affiliate link. Commission is not earned on refunded or cancelled enrolments. 2. Attribution: A signup is credited to you when a trainee clicks your dedicated link and completes registration within 30 days of the first click (cookie window). Signups attributed to another affiliate or coming through the Center's direct channels are not credited. 3. Prohibited promotion methods: Spam (email, SMS, or messaging-platform), click-fraud, advertising under the Center's name without written authorization, impersonating staff, and promotion through channels that violate Saudi law are strictly forbidden. 4. Payment schedule: Commissions are paid monthly during the first 10 business days of each month, provided the balance reaches 200 SAR minimum. Payouts are transferred to the bank account you registered in this application. 5. Termination: The Center may terminate this agreement immediately on breach, with the affiliate retaining commissions earned on legitimate prior signups only. The affiliate may terminate with 14 days' written notice. 6. Confidentiality: You agree not to disclose any trainee data you access through your activity in the program. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the courts of Riyadh having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
