Registration for a training program closes after its final registration date, and the final registration date is not the program's start date.

After the registration deadline passes, the trainee may request that the program be held again.

A training program is delivered in a blended format covering no more than 25% of the program's total hours.

When you enrol in a paid program your request status becomes "awaiting payment" — your seat is reserved but not confirmed. Payment must be made using the methods shown below for your enrolment to be confirmed.

Free programs are confirmed immediately without payment.

If the registration period ends before payment is completed, the request is cancelled and converted into a request to hold the program again.

Electronic attendance is treated the same as attendance in a traditional training room. Electronic attendance must be no less than 75% of the course's total hours.

For blended programs lasting more than a month, synchronous attendance of no less than 25% of the hours is required.

A trainee is barred from the final exam if their absence exceeds 25% of the program's hours.

Three payment methods are available: credit cards, Mada cards, and bank transfer to the center's account.

The program's price is its price at the time of payment, not at the time of registration; if the price changes before you pay, the price in effect at the time of payment applies.

The center offers eight types of discounts (such as early registration, occasions, groups, category support, partnerships, special offers, and permanent membership).

All payments are made through a 100% secure payment gateway.

A trainee may request a refund of the amount paid if the request is submitted at least five business days before the program begins. The full amount is refunded if the program is not held.

The amount paid may be transferred to another program or another trainee if requested at least three business days before the program begins.

No refund is due if the trainee is absent from the program.

The center is committed to intellectual property rights, and trainers sign an undertaking to that effect. The digital content published on the center's platform is the intellectual property of the center and is at its disposal for research and academic purposes.

It is prohibited to publish any content that offends individuals or institutions, infringes intellectual property rights, violates religious or moral teachings, affects national unity, or carries commercial objectives.
