This course aims to equip participants with both fundamental and advanced legal knowledge related to human resources management in accordance with the Saudi Labor Law. It focuses on enhancing legal compliance and minimizing regulatory risks within organizations. The course also seeks to enable participants to effectively manage all stages of the employment relationship—starting from recruitment and contract drafting, through performance management and disciplinary procedures, and concluding with termination of employment and the resolution of labor disputes in a professional and legally sound manner.
