Compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and Privacy Management
الامتثال لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية وإدارة الخصوصية
This training program provides an integrated knowledge-based and applied framework to enable employees of government and private entities to understand the statutory obligations arising from the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 9/2/1443H, as amended by Royal Decree No. (M/148) dated 5/9/1444H, and its Implementing Regulation issued by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). The program links local statutory requirements with recognized international practices (such as ISO/IEC 27701), enabling participants to build an effective internal governance framework for privacy management and continuous compliance. The program adopts an interactive approach that combines theoretical explanation, practical application using real documents and forms (such as a Record of Processing Activities and a Data Protection Impact Assessment template), and case studies drawn from the practical experience of entities subject to the Law.

- An officially accredited certificate recognised by regulators.
